The Commercial Service Agreement program provides you with the following 15 point diagnostic for each system (heating / cooling) once a year. 



  • Check main burners and pilot
  • Check thermostat and heat anticipator
  • Check primary relay
  • Check all safety controls
  • Check filters & belts
  • Grease or oil motors & bearings (if needed)
  • Check humidifiers
  • Check Fuel supply & pressures
  • Check flame and air resistance
  • Check blower motor, wheel & bearings
  • Check ignition components
  • Check thermal coupling
  • Check electrical components
  • Check fan & limit controls
  • Check filters (and changed if supplied by owner)
  • Check belts
  • Grease or oil motor bearings (if needed)
  • Check temperatures & pressures on condenser unit
  • Check fans
  • Check refrigerant charge
  • Check condenser coil
  • Check condensate line & pumps
  • Check condensate pans
  • Check motors & bearings
  • Check fan blades
  • Check expansion valve
  • Check relays
  • Check blower wheels
  • Check electrical connections

We will provide a detailed report of all actions required to maintain your system.  All customers that sign up for this program will be given priority service over non-program customers.

This agreement is only for customers who own a 3 family or greater home, building, or warehouse, or is a customer who receives oil thru G.C. Reliable Service, Inc. (who are required to have this agreement).  Customers who own 1-2 family homes, are considered residential accounts and require the Preventative Maintenance Contract (PMC).
